We’ve been listening to T+A’s 2500R for the last few weeks, and are really enjoying it.
In addition to playing SACD and CD discs, the 2500R is a DAC, streamer, and ROON endpoint. It also includes an FM/DAB tuner, so you can listen to the radio as well – a nice touch! Priced at $13,000 USD and available in silver or black, the 2500R belongs on the short list of the world’s finest digital players.
The 2500R combines world class sound, build quality, and functionality, making it a perfect choice for those still enjoying spinning physical media. Those concerned with future transport issues take note: T+A builds all of their transport mechanisms in-house, so you are assured of this player having a long life.
